Birthday parties

What’s included

• Main dining tables held on arrival. Kids join shared open play — not a private court or field.
• Day passes for the guests with VIP wristbands.
• Committed Members (6-month plan) get a 10% discount on parties for members of their household (1/person/year).
• Smoothie, Kid’s Refresher, bottled craft root beer, or refillable fountain drink.
• Kid’s entrée (includes Flatbread Pizza options).
• Group photo — guests use Photo Booth in the app. Pictures from people checked in for the party play on the TV.
• Host photo album after the party — every personal-device photo from guests who checked in that day, with easy mobile download.
• Easy check-in — add guests on the party plan (name + phone or email). Hosts can send invite links, track RSVPs, and see who waived and checked in.
• Community shout-out from staff and the community during the event.
• Organized community sports activity like dodgeball, flag football, or other options — assisted by staff.
• Group singing for happy birthday, with staff help to lead.
• Party host who greets the hosts and helps throughout the event.
• Optional outdoor seating, which we can automatically adjust based on weather so the host does not have to worry.

$29.99/guest

Minimum 10 guests. Plus tax and 18% gratuity. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the space when you pay.

Booking a private field or court along with a party is no longer an option. Sports reservations are a separate channel with gating to protect our spaces, as well as dynamic pricing.

How booking works

• Choose a date and an open party time. The party is 1.5 hours, and we hold 30 minutes before that for setup and any decorating you would like to do.
• You let us know who is coming — a name of the guest and either an email or phone number for a parent or guardian of the guest. We take care of invitations so they can do waivers and choose their meal and drink prior to arrival. It makes guest check-in quick and easy. You get to see RSVPs as they come in on your My Events page.
• Once you pay your 50% non-refundable deposit, the space is reserved.
• The rest of the balance is due the day of the party. Cakes, cookies, and cupcakes are welcome. No other outside food or drink.
