A Fieldhouse birthday with sports, food, photos, and games — $29.99 per participating guest (minimum 10).

Committed Members (6-month plan) get a 10% discount on parties for members of their household (1/person/year).

Group photo (staff assisted using the Photo Booth on our devices).
Photo booth album emailed to the host with all Fieldhouse Photo Booth pics taken in the app by guests who checked in for the party.
Easy check-in — we help the host with invitations so they can see RSVPs and who completed waiver and check-in information. We just need a name and a phone number or email for each guest.
Community shout-out from staff and the community during the event.
Organized community sports activity like dodgeball, flag football, or other options — assisted by staff.
Group singing for happy birthday, with staff help to lead.
Party host who greets the hosts and helps throughout the event.
Optional outdoor seating, which we can automatically adjust based on weather so the host does not have to worry.

Booking a private field or court along with a party is no longer an option. Sports reservations are a separate channel with gating to protect our spaces, as well as dynamic pricing.

How booking works

This starts as a request. We coordinate on one of your preferred dates, then send a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice.
Full payment is due on the day of the event.
Cakes, cookies, cupcakes or similar are welcome. No other outside food or drink.
Adult drink tickets can be tiered for NA drinks, beer/wine, or mixed wells. Starters for adults are available on arrival.
Additional day passes are available for adults and sibling guests.

Main dining — reserved together on arrival. Included.

MPR room — added TV interaction so the host can send photos of the birthday guest as a slideshow, plus rotating kids trivia and games, and live updates with photos from guests who use the photobooth on their own devices. Reserve up to two rooms based on guest count. Each reservation is 1.5 hours, with 30 minutes prior to decorate (plus prep/reset). Guests can remain or move to main dining if another party is arriving. +$60

Bar-height seating next to courts or fields (up to 2) +$40 each

Bar-height seating along the indoor field by the bar, tables of 20 (up to 2) +$60 each
