Community Fieldhouse SMS Campaign Terms & Conditions
These SMS Campaign Terms & Conditions (āTermsā) govern Community Fieldhouseās optional text messaging program (the āProgramā). By opting in to receive Program texts (including by checking the optional consent box in our app or on /sms-opt-in, or by texting an opt-in keyword), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (/privacy). Consent to the Program is not required to create an account, use our website or app, or purchase goods or services.
1. Program description
Community Fieldhouse may send text messages related to your Community Fieldhouse activities and customer relationship, including but not limited to:
⢠Account verification codes and security-related messages;
⢠Transactional or service messages about orders, reservations, check-in, memberships, rentals, waivers, or support;
⢠Updates on upcoming events, specials, promotions, and venue activities;
⢠Social media updates and links to content about available activities;
⢠Requests for reviews or feedback;
⢠Links to our Community Fieldhouse application, website, or social media for more details.
Messages may include embedded links. Clicking links is optional. Third-party sites (including social networks and payment or booking partners) have their own terms and privacy practices.
2. Consent (voluntary; not required for service)
By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you consent to receive automated and/or non-automated text messages from Community Fieldhouse at that number for the purposes described above. Program consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, using the Services, or purchasing any goods or services. You may decline Program texts and still use Community Fieldhouse (including signing in with Google, email link, or passkey). If you separately request a phone sign-in verification code, we may send a one-time verification SMS for that request; that one-time code is not the same as opting into the recurring Program.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive occasional Program messages (for example, a few per month depending on events and your activity) and additional messages when needed for verification, orders, or time-sensitive updates. Exact volume is not guaranteed.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrierās standard messaging and data rates apply according to your wireless plan. Community Fieldhouse does not charge a separate fee for Program messages and is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. Opt-out (STOP)
You may cancel Program / marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our Program number(s). After we process your STOP request, you will receive a confirmation and we will mark your number as opted out of campaign/marketing texts. You may also use in-app opt-out controls where available. Opting out of campaign texts does not necessarily stop necessary transactional or verification messages required to operate your account or complete a transaction you request, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To stop all texts where possible, contact the venue or use available account settings in addition to STOP.
6. Help
Reply HELP for help, Program information, and opt-out instructions. You may also contact Community Fieldhouse through our website, app, or venue staff.
7. Supported carriers / delivery
The Program is intended for users in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your device, network coverage, and carrier filtering. We do not guarantee receipt of every message.
8. Privacy; non-sharing of mobile numbers
We respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used to deliver Program and service messages and may be processed by our messaging and infrastructure providers solely on our behalf (not for their own marketing). See our Privacy Policy (/privacy) for full details, including how we use service providers such as Firebase, Vercel, Stripe, Twilio, and similar vendors.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use; (b) promptly update us if your number changes; (c) not use the Program for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes; and (d) review linked content carefully before clicking. You are responsible for securing your phone and for any activity originating from your device.
10. Content and links disclaimer
Program messages and linked materials are provided for informational and promotional purposes. Event details, pricing, availability, and offers may change. We are not responsible for third-party content, social media platforms, or external websites linked from messages.
11. Limitation of liability; indemnity
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMUNITY FIELDHOUSE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM, MESSAGE DELIVERY FAILURES, CARRIER ACTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OUTAGES (INCLUDING HOSTING, AUTHENTICATION, PAYMENT, OR MESSAGING PROVIDERS), OR YOUR RELIANCE ON MESSAGE CONTENTāEVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Community Fieldhouse and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysā fees) arising out of: (i) your misuse of the Program; (ii) your provision of a phone number you are not authorized to use; (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (iv) content you submit in reply messages, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Program at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new āLast updatedā date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law. We may suspend or discontinue the Program at any time.
