This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal informationâincluding mobile phone numbersâwhen you use the Services.
By creating an account, providing a phone number, or using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Our SMS Campaign Terms & Conditions (available at /sms-terms) apply to text message programs.
MOBILE INFORMATION NON-SHARING (required for A2P 10DLC)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (for example messaging delivery, hosting, authentication, or customer service acting on our behalf) is permitted solely to operate the Services; those subcontractors may not use mobile numbers or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS messaging disclosures (A2P / TCPA)
⢠We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
⢠Opting in to our text Program is optional. Consent to receive texts is not required to create an account, use our Services, or complete a purchase.
⢠By opting in to texts, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Community Fieldhouse. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
⢠Mobile numbers and messaging consent are used only by Community Fieldhouse to deliver messages you requested or consented to, and by our messaging/infrastructure providers solely as processors acting on our behalf (not for their own marketing).
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide or that is generated through your use of the Services, including:
⢠Contact details: name, email address, mobile phone number, and other phone numbers you provide.
⢠Account and profile data: preferences, household or membership information, check-in and visit activity, orders, waivers, and similar records related to your use of the venue or app.
⢠Communications: messages you send or receive through SMS, email, in-app chat, or support channels; messaging consent and opt-out preferences.
⢠Technical and usage data: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location (if you enable it), cookies or similar technologies, crash/diagnostic logs, and interaction data needed to operate and secure the Services.
⢠Payment-related data: when you make purchases, payment processors (such as Stripe) collect and process payment card and billing information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
⢠Create and manage your account, verify identity (including SMS one-time codes), and provide the Services you request.
⢠Send necessary / transactional messages about your account, orders, reservations, check-in, safety or security alerts, and other service-related communications.
⢠With your consent (and unless you opt out), send campaign, promotional, and informational text messages about Community Fieldhouse activities, upcoming events or specials, social media updates, reviews/feedback requests, and other customer communications described in our SMS Campaign Terms.
⢠Process payments, fulfill orders, and manage memberships or rentals.
⢠Improve, secure, troubleshoot, and analyze the Services; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law.
⢠Communicate with you about support requests and operational matters.
3. Mobile numbers and messaging consent â non-sharing commitment
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile numbers collected for our SMS programs are used by Community Fieldhouse to deliver messages you have consented to receive. Our messaging and infrastructure providers (for example, Twilio or similar gateways, and hosting/authentication vendors) may process mobile numbers and related consent data solely on our behalf to deliver those messages and operate the Services. They are not authorized to use your mobile number or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes, or to share it with others for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Message frequency; message and data rates
Message frequency varies. You may receive occasional campaign or service messages (for example, a few messages per month depending on your activity, events, and preferences), and more frequent messages when needed for verification, orders, or time-sensitive service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates are billed by your wireless provider under your plan; Community Fieldhouse does not control those charges. Reply STOP to opt out of campaign/marketing texts. Reply HELP for help.
5. Sharing with service providers (not for marketing)
We may share information with vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the Services, including (without limitation) hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel), authentication and databases (e.g., Firebase / Google Cloud), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), messaging providers (e.g., Twilio or similar SMS gateways), email and notification services, analytics, and other tools we use to run our business. These providers are authorized to use personal information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to their role. This service-provider processing is not a sale or sharing of mobile information or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information: (a) if required by law, legal process, or governmental request; (b) to protect the rights, safety, or property of Community Fieldhouse, our guests, or others; (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (in which case the successor remains bound by substantially similar restrictions regarding mobile numbers and messaging consent); or (d) with your direction or consent.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party websites, apps, payment processors, social networks, or links that may appear in our messages or Services. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
6. Your choices (SMS and marketing)
⢠Necessary / transactional texts: When you provide a phone number and agree to necessary communications, we may send verification codes and service-related messages required to operate your account or fulfill your requests.
⢠Campaign / promotional texts: Program details, consent, frequency, and opt-out are described in our SMS Campaign Terms (/sms-terms). You may opt out of campaign/marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to any such message, or by using in-app opt-out controls where available.
⢠HELP: Reply HELP to any campaign message for assistance and opt-out instructions.
⢠Opting out of marketing/campaign texts does not automatically opt you out of necessary service messages needed to operate your account or complete transactions you initiate, except where law requires otherwise.
⢠Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information in accordance with our practices.
8. Childrenâs privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including phone numbers, from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Third-party platforms â limitation
The Services rely in part on third-party platforms (including Firebase, Vercel, Stripe, Twilio, Google Cloud, and others). Those platforms may experience outages, errors, security incidents, or policy changes outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community Fieldhouse is not liable for damages arising solely from the acts, omissions, unavailability, or data practices of third-party service providers, except where we have failed to exercise reasonable care in selecting or configuring them for our use. Nothing in this Policy waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, securing access to your devices and accounts, and promptly updating or correcting information. If you submit information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The âLast updatedâ date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
